Derby Carrillo (born September 19, 1987 in La Mirada, California) is an American soccer player currently playing for F.C. New York in the USL Professional Division.

Carrillo attended St. John Bosco High School, and began his college soccer at California State University, Dominguez Hills, where he pPosted a 13-3-1 record in two seasons with the Toros after redshirting as a freshman. He was a Daktronics first team All-American, a first team All-Region selection, a first team CCAA selection, and a NCAA Far West All-Tournament Team selection in 2007, before transferring to St. John's University prior to his junior year.
During his college years Carrillo also played in the USL Premier Development League, for both Newark Ironbound Express[1] and the Kitsap Pumas.[2]
Carrillo attended MLS side Seattle Sounders FC's 2010 Arizona training camp, but was not picked up by the team; instead, Carrillo signed his first professional contract in 2011 when he was signed by F.C. New York of the USL Professional Division.[3] He made his professional debut on April 9, 2011 in New York's first-ever game, a 3-0 loss to Orlando City.[4]
